CallFire has a new API!

We are proud to announce the launch of our API 2.0! Learn more about our streamlined, transactional and broadcast APIs. This version of the API documentation will remain available for reference only. There will be no new development, only bug fixes. We highly recommend upgrading to our newer and more sophisticated documentation.

CallFire features a full suite of APIs that allows you to reproduce the functionality of CallFire within your own custom application. Need your website to send text messages? We can help. Building a smartphone app that can broadcast 10,000 phone calls with the click of a button? We've got that covered, too. Check out our documentation to get started.

API Tools

We have developed two Software Development Kits (SDK) for use with our API and a video/side desk introducing the CallFire API

PHP SDK

We have completed version 1.0 of our CallFire PHP Software Development Kit. This will allow PHP developers to get started on projects faster and provide examples for some of the basic functionality of the CallFire API.

C#/.NET SDK

We have completed version 1.0 of our CallFire C# Software Development Kit. This will allow C# developers to get started on projects faster and provide examples for some of the basic functionality of the CallFire API.

PowerPoint Presentations and Videos

CallFire has put together a brief slide show that demonstrates how to get started with the APIs. The PowerPoint will walk you through the basic setup.

Quick Start Guides

  • Enabling CallFire APIs — Generate your secure API login and password.
  • Voice Broadcast — Upload voice mashups, sounds and command CallFire to broadcast recorded messages.
  • Text Broadcast — Send text messages from the CallFire short code. Own a phone number through CallFire? Send text messages from your own 10-digit long code.
  • Postbacks — Register your website with postbacks to fully integrate CallFire into your application.

Are you still using the legacy version of CallFire's API?

Don't worry, the API documentation is still available here.
