- Send out automated reminder message to patients that are due to schedule appointments using Voice Broadcast
- Send out an automated message to patients on a wait list when an appointment has been cancelled and a spot opens up using Voice Broadcast.
- Check up with patients that have just had medical treatment using the Cloud Call Center.
