Easy access to the Create function from anywhere

And, no matter where you are within our new user interface, you can now easily reach the Create Campaign screen via the Create button in the top menu bar. Just one click instantly takes you to a variety of product options, including Call Tracking.

Configuring numbers made easy!

With our new Batch Call Tracking Configuration – Select Numbers screen — the Select Numbers tab — choosing the numbers for your Call Tracking campaigns is simple. Just click the appropriate Add button, and then click next!

Completely simplified call settings in one location

One convenient tab — the Call Settings tab — lets you configure call options, select or create important messages that callers will hear, and office hours for your after-hours message. And the insightful, free Google Analytics program gives you up-to-date statistics on how your Call Tracking numbers and advertising methods are performing.

One central screen for phone number statuses and reports

Wondering how your various Call Tracking numbers are performing? The Phone Numbers screen provides easy access to detailed reports for all of your numbers. Need to move your numbers from another service to CallFire? Glad to hear it — our Port Numbers button makes it simple! And if you need to purchase more numbers, just click on + Buy Numbers.
