His phone rang, with an automated message from the Prince George’s County School Board announcing that school would be delayed by two hours. Titus was infuriated. He had already heard about the delayed opening the night before, and to be awakened at 4:30 was ridiculous in his mind. Titus didn’t take the unwelcome call lying down.
