Blocking a Phone Number from Calling your Call Tracking Number
If you receive a call from a number that you wish to block from contacting you again, CallFire allows to you initiate call blocking. To do this, you will first need to locate the record of the incoming call. From your Numbers link in the top menu, click on the CallFire number that received the call, and then on the Call Records tab. In the example below, we have clicked on Numbers -> 424.666.7936 -> Call Records.
Next, we need to find the number to block, which means we need to display the call details. Click the blue toggle arrow before the number you want to block, and then on Initial Transfer.
On the right hand side, you will see the Block button. Once you click it, the number will be blocked. You can click it again to unblock the number.
