One of your options in the Create a Message section is to upload an audio file.

The Upload an Audio File option
With this option, you choose a previously recorded file from your computer, upload it, and CallFire’s system plays it when a live person answers your automated phone call. When you click on this icon, another pop-up menu appears, as shown below.
After selecting the file you want to upload, just click the "Choose" button.
